Wherever possible we prefer to employ people from our local community.We have qualified workplace trainers delivering on-site training in all aspects of the hospitality industry. FoodSafe, HACCP and WHSO accredited staff are on our team providing on the job mentoring.

HACCP principals are used to manage food safety at every stage of handling and processing demonstrating our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of food safety.

All Menus are approved by our professional Dietician and Nutritionist ensuring the best possible balance of quality and variety. Our Supply Chain is not so much a chain as a vital link.

We are a boutique venue in a very competitive industry.

That’s why being innovative in terms of the product we offer is important.

We source our entire product range from approved suppliers throughout Central Queensland. This gives us the opportunity to regularly meet with our suppliers to discuss our specific needs while ensuring we get the best quality product available.

Best Practice in Nutrition – we offer something completely new – Choice. You get to construct your own meal – what you want, the way you like it, the options are yours – not someone else’s.

Our BYO Self-Serve Restaurant is open 7 days.

We are open to all but ask for non resident guests to please book with our reception staff.

MEALS

All inclusive Meal Deals are available.

Breakfast is served every day from 4.00am - 8.00am.

Crib choices are yours and can be ordered the day before and picked up from the Restaurant.

Or

Make your selection from our wide range of choices already prepared and packed in the display fridge – just help yourself.

Or

You may like to prepare your own crib from scratch, choosing ingredients from the refrigerated salad bar.

Nightshift is catered for with the same Crib choices.

Lunch is served every day from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Soup & Salad Bar.

Dinner is served every day from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
